Bradley Sinclair
“If you’re an agent based in Auckland wanting to
spruce up those listings, don’t hesitate to
flick me a private message.
Let’s make some wicked content!”
Bradley is a passionate, driven and undeniably creative real estate videographer based in Auckland. Having filmed well over 700 properties all over New Zealand, he quickly understood how different each property really is from the last - and knows just how to visualise that.
Bradley firmly believes that a great property video should visualise a completely unique story for each home, and that is exactly what he strives to achieve in every video.
With a sharp eye for detail and a fondness for capturing lifestyle and emotion, Bradley always goes above and beyond to ensure each video he makes beautifully showcases the distinctive story of each property AND each presenter.
With experience in videography, sound design, motion graphics, animation, VFX and content creation, Bradley has what it takes to capture your property on video and edit it into a gorgeous marketing film for your listing.
THE STORY OF
TRAGICBRADLEY
You may be hoping for the thrilling tale of a boy with film prodigy parents, a media school degree, or a film festival award.
Hate to disappoint, but that’s not how this all started.
Let me take you back to a time when things were a little easier. A time when YouTube content creation was at a peak. A time when puberty was unforeseen and KE$HA was winning music awards.
This is the time of 10 year old Bradley.
Equipped with nothing more than a cheap Logitech webcam and a 1990 Panasonic camcorder, little ol’ me wanted nothing more than to be a YouTube creator.
Aged 10-12, making parody advertisements and commercials with my friends, or alone in my neon green painted room - I never in a million years would have thought my future entailed producing real video advertisements.
so you filmed yourself dancing to “Barbie Girl” by Aqua when you were 10…
how exactly did the passion for creating content form?
Thank you for asking that incredibly specific question…
