Kia Ora! I’m Bradley — a visual content creator based in Auckland. I’ve filmed over 1000 properties all around New Zealand, and one of the most evident things I’ve learned is that no two homes are the same. Each home has its own story, it’s own history, and I love finding creative ways to portray this through my videos.

For me, a great property video isn’t just about showing the house — it’s about telling its story. I focus on capturing not only the feel of the space but the lifestyle it offers, and I make sure both the home and the presenter come across natural and authentic.

I’m a pretty out the gate person — my mind is always buzzing with ideas, constantly visualising stories or creating shot-list imagery based on what’s happening around me. That song I’m listening to becomes a soundtrack for the movie being created inside my brain. I like to think I see the world through an interesting perspective, and I think that’s one of my biggest strengths. It keeps my work fresh, bold, and full of energy. Every project is not only a chance to do something unique, but a chance for me to connect to and visualise the history of each home, and I thrive on that.

I’ve got a solid background in advanced videography, video editing, sound design, motion graphics, animation, and VFX — so from shoot to edit, I handle everything with care and creativity. Whether it’s a cozy two-beddy or a high end multi-level commercial listing, I’m all about showcasing your property’s story to invoke FEELINGS rather than just a view count.
