Kia Ora! I’m Bradley — a real estate videographer based in Auckland. I’ve filmed over 800 properties around New Zealand, and one thing I’ve learned is that no two homes are the same. Each home has its own story, and I love finding creative ways to bring that to life through my videos.

For me, a great property video isn’t just about showing the house — it’s about telling its story. I focus on capturing the feel of the space, the lifestyle it offers, and making sure both the home and the presenter come across naturally and authentically.

I’m a pretty out the gate person — my mind is always buzzing with ideas, constantly visualising stories or creating shot-list imagery based on what’s happening around me. That song I’m listening to becomes a soundtrack for the movie being created inside my brain. I like to think I see the world through an interesting perspective, and I think that’s one of my biggest strengths. It keeps my work fresh, bold, and full of energy. Every project is not only a chance to do something unique, but a chance for me to connect to and visualise the history of each home, and I thrive on that.

I’ve got a solid background in advanced videography, video editing, sound design, motion graphics, animation, and VFX — so from shoot to edit, I handle everything with care and creativity. Whether it’s a cozy 2 beddy or a high end multi-storey listing, I’m all about making your property look its absolute best on screen to invoke FEELINGS rather than just a view count.
